Refund policy

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to post refund.
